Residential work consisting of the construction of 28 new homes, where we have carried out the interior and exterior carpentry work.

From the set of stained laminated pine wood entrance door to all the doors, wardrobes and fronts inside the home, made to measure.

We have also manufactured and installed the varnished pine roller blinds for the entire development. We leave you a brief photographic, we hope you like it.

A project with attention to detail in the heart of Barcelona. The offices of the Agència Catalana de l’Aigua, located in the building at Carrer Provença 260.

A unique project where we have worked side by side with the architecture office, the developer and the construction company, in order to advise and provide service in terms of making the proposed ideas and finishes a reality, complying with the regulations and without deviating from the budget.

The highlight is the entrance hall composed of Forescolor® mass-coloured board cladding, combined with backlit polycarbonate panels, Bencore® brand and EI-60 double doors, made to measure and flush on the outside, thus maintaining the aesthetics desired by the client.

Project of the civic centre of the Barcelona City Council located in Química 2A street, where we collaborated jointly with its promoter, BIMSA (Barcelona Infraestructuras Municipales, SA), to make the different panelling, doors, cabinets and fronts of the project.

Of particular note is the combination of wall and wardrobe panelling made of boards manufactured by mixing wood chips and cement, called Cement Bonded Particle Board (CBPB) of the VIROC® brand, ideal for indoor and outdoor environments, as well as being fireproof certified Bs1-D0, together with the wall panelling of the interior rooms formed by acoustic panels of sound-absorbing wood of the Spigoacustic® brand.

Residential work of a total of 54 social housing units, divided into 10 floors and sports facilities on the ground floor and car parks in the basement, for the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation (IMHAB).

For this project we have contributed with the initial advice, as well as the manufacture and assembly of all the interior carpentry, highlighting the whole of the entrance hall to housing, consisting of armoured entrance doors flush on the outside and cladding up to the ceiling of fireproof MDF boards.

Top covers up to the ceiling with integrated ventilation system in sliding and hinged doors are other highlights of this project.

Residential project of 220 homes, located in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes in which we have carried out the manufacture and assembly of the interior carpentry, mainly doors, wardrobes and fronts. The most remarkable aspect of this project has been the agility and coordination of our assembly teams, for such a large project with a very short assembly time.

On the other hand, we are very happy with the way the panelling of the lobby has turned out, made up of grooved insignis pine panels, fire resistant according to regulations.

Residential works project for 14 social housing units for the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation (IMHAB).

In this project we have carried out the interior and exterior carpentry of the work. We are especially proud of the design of the exterior carpentry, consisting of a set of folding sliding shutters with movable slats together with balconies and windows in stained pine wood imitation chestnut, tilt and turn with double opening. Finally, the cladding of the different balconies with solid pine slats in the same finish creates a unique space on the balcony of the city of Barcelona.

Residential construction project of 66 dwellings with special high measurements. The most outstanding features are the wardrobes up to 4 metres high and the entrance and interior doors up to 3 metres high.

We leave you a photographic report of how they have been, although in person they are much more impressive!

We leave you the works carried out in the Hotel LIBERE BARCELONA located in Ronda Sant Antoni 49, where we have made the interior carpentry of common areas and rooms. It is incredible how the wardrobe in the main hall looks, finished in Aurora® Oak melamine.

From this project we highlight without a doubt the doors of the rooms, fireproof EI-30 with electronic access control system, and integrated led in the frame of the door itself. Regulations and design go hand in hand in this project!

We leave you with this major refurbishment project of the building for residential use, located at Carrer Giralt el Pellicer 18, in the heart of the Mercat de Santa Caterina in Barcelona.

In this project we have been able to design, manufacture and install the different elements of exterior carpentry, working together with the Barcelona Heritage Department, to bring back to life the wooden balconies and windows, which are part of the history and architecture of the old town of Barcelona.

In addition, we have done all the interior carpentry such as doors, wardrobes, laminate flooring and skirting boards, leaving unique homes full of history.

Our clients have placed their trust in us and here is a brief photographic report of how it has turned out!
